They were efficient and knowledgeable. Still, the night the system was installed, somehow we got a leak where the water tubing was attached to our refrigerator. It was about 9:00 p.m. He told us they would be glad to stop by around 10 p.m. if it wasn't too late for us. Which they did. Problem solved. We've had our system for just under 2 months. Already the water is flowing freely to all our faucets, there are no more lime nuggets in the kitchen and the hot water arrives at the shower in a minute, gets a lot hotter and lasts as long as we want. In addition, with the RO system we have great tasting drinking water again. Also, they were right when they said we wouldn't need fabric softener and would use less soap and shampoo.
